This is Gab’s favorite pasta. He is not a fan of red tomato-base sauce but prefers the green pesto sauce instead. So from time to time, I make him some homemade fresh pesto.
Since summer, Quennie and I have been looking for popsicle molds. We have seen a few but they are either too expensive or too big for Gab. So yesterday, I had an inspiration of making a homemade popsicle using a homemade popsicle mold.
I have been baking cookies for Gab. He is now 16 months old and loves eating with his fingers. That is why he loves cookies. He likes to hold it by himself and bites them with gusto. I got this recipe from allrecipes.com but made it with less sugar. This may taste bland for cookie lovers but I find it just perfect for Gab.
Veggies are Gab’s second food. He usually eats it with brown rice. Homemade baby vegetable purees are easy to prepare. Gab’s favorite includes squash, sweet potato, potato, sweet peas and brocolli.
Rice cereal is Gab’s first food. It is recommended by our pedia: Doctor’s Advice in Introducing Solid Food for Baby. We decided to make homemade baby cereal with brown rice.
I cooked my own vegetarian mushroom burger last weekend. I got the recipe from Yummy magazine and a book. I just mixed them up for my own mushroom burger recipe. Now, I don’t need to go to Mushroom Burger in Tagaytay.
