My first visit to Tagaytay in 2002 was by mere accident. It was my first time to be in Manila when I got my first job assignment in Cavite. I rode a jeepney to look for a church. What I did not realized was I was already way past the Cavite area. I probably missed it because the view gets better and better and the weather gets cooler and cooler. I just knew I was no longer in Cavite when for the very first time, I saw the iconic lake and the volcano that I only used to see in postcards.

A thermometer is a requirement once you have kids at home. You’ll never know when they get sick but home that it’s one thing you hope you never get to use. Gab’s Lullaby

Gab is not feeling well since yesterday. He has a slight fever. Probably due to teething again. He is still on the go and has good appetite. However, he is not as talkative or active as he used to.

We had the usual sleeping routine. After playing with the iPad, Gab turned off the lights, said his prayers and lay down on bed.

What should I do with my US Dollars in 2013?

The Philippine Peso is showing strong signs over the US Dollar. Some analysts predicts that the Peso-Dollar exchange rate will breach the 40 PHP to 1 USD in 2013. While the government has a conservative peso forecast of 42-45 Php in 2013, DBS and Bank of America sees it to close up to 39.30 by the end of the year.

My Cagayan De Oro City Day Tour in Two Hours

After running a marathon, I decided to just do a walk around in Cagayan De Oro City. I only have half day to spare since my flight will be in the evening. I was not able to explore much with a short walk. I probably missed a lot of tourist attractions but my simple tour took me to some wonderful highlights in the City of Golden Friendship.
