No Nursing Cover? No Problem. Lampin Saves the Day.

We missed to bring Gab’s nursing cover.  It was in the laundry the night before and we forgot to place it in our bags before leaving for the mall.  Quennie noticed it when we arrived already.  To late to go back, Quennie has to improvise.  Here’s how the instant nursing cover look like.

The nursing cover is very important for breastfeeding moms.  It makes breastfeeding in public discreet.  With the nursing cover, Quennie can feed Gab in a mall, in church, at the beach, in a bus, in a car, in a restaurant, and just anywhere.

Now that we left the nursing cover at home, Quennie has to improvise.  The best option was the lampin. She tied both ends and placed it around her shoulders.  It fits.  Our worry now is if Gab moves too much which will easily open up the cover and leave Quennie exposed.  😀 Good thing Gab behaved, or else, he doesn’t get his milk.

It was another successful feeding time.   The lampin saves the day.

I never knew that the lampin can be a multifunction cloth.  😀

  1. Buti pa si Gab behave. Tala would remove the cover lalo na ngayon malaki na sya at summer..naiinitan sya. So ako, wala na…all out na lang hehe deadma na. What’s important for me is to feed Tala anytime she’s hungry.

Good job for que for keeping up with the bf’ng 🙂
