For your baby’s first haircut, you may want to check out “Peppermint Kids and Grownups Hair and Nail Salon”. It’s a new salon in Malibay, Pasay City and they cater to kids’ haircuts as well, complete with certificate for your baby’s first haircut and a haircut in the kiddie car. The salon’s a bit small but the service is worth it (and it’s got free wifi, too!).
