Kidzania Manila will open early 2015 although no definite date was given yet. But there are more details on what to expect at Kidzania Manila in BGC once it opens next year.
Kidzania Manila, currently being developed in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. It is a first-of-its-kind indoor play center where children can freely explore a kid-sized world. There are over 100 role-playing activities to choose from.
KidZania Manila is taking the concept of playing bahay-bahayan to a whole new level. Role playing is important for children. It teaches them important social skills, builds imagination, and develops decision making skills.
Here is what to expect at Kidzania Manila:
- Some role-playing activities are sponsored by brands like kids can be a Cebu Pacific pilot or cabin crew, ABS-CBN news anchor or correspondent, or a McDonald’s burger chef apprentice.
- Age limit in KidZania is from 4 to 14 years old
- An actual DC-9 airplane fuselage will serve as the centerpiece attraction of the gateway to KidZania Manila
- For its localization theme, Kidzania Manila will incorporate maritime activities and other activities that will promote care for the environment.
- KidZania may selling merchandise and will create a children’s community.
KidZania Manila is set to open early 2015 and is located along corner 32nd Sts – 11 Sts in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
Kidzania ticket prices has not been provided yet. I would estimate the the Kidzania ticket price would be in the range of 400-600 Pesos.
In Malaysia, the ticket price for Kidzania is 35 MYR (~460 Php) while in Thailand, ticket price is at 650 THB (~900 Php)
