Choc Nut Pancakes Recipe

These Choc Nut Pancakes recipe is very easy to make.  It’s an alternative to adding fruits and syrups to your breakfast pancake.  And  it’s cheaper too.

Choc Nut is a brand name for peanut milk chocolates.  It’s more of the peanut and less chocolate but it’s sweet and addicting.  There’s no other kind of chocolate out there like Choc Nut.  Nowadays, there are other brands already but they are still called Choc Nuts.

Choc Nut Pancakes Recipe

I had this idea when I ran out of honey syrup for our pancakes.  I looked for something inside the fridge that I can use.  Tadaah!  There’s a couple of Choc Nuts left and decided to mix them in the batter.  The pancake turned out to be very delicious.  No syrup needed.  No toppings needed.  But adding some Choc Nut bits when serving makes them even more tempting.

Choc Nut Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 pack Pancake Mix
1-2 pieces Choc Nut (or other brands)
Honey or Pancake Syrup (optional)

Procedure

1. Make the pancake batter according to Pancake Mix instructions.
2. Crush the Choc Nut into bits and sprinkle them into pancake batter.
3. Cook the batter as directed in the package instructions.
4.  Optional: Add Choc Nut toppings and serve with syrup.

DADDY TIPS

1.  Add more Choc Nuts to a sweeter taste.  It also makes the pancake brown in color.
2. Mix the Choc Nut lightly into the batter for a chunky Choc Nut Pancake.
3. If you want them to be chunky, be careful not to crush the Choc Nut into powder form.  They are very fragile.
