I am excited for my weigh-in this month. I am positive that I lost the pounds I gained from December. And the results came in!
I think my half marathon training is helping me lose weight. I am following a training plan that requires me to run 4 times a week. I have been following it religiously and I hope to get a new PR for an upcoming race.
My weight is back to about 75 kgs. I have a hard time making it lower by another kilo. But that will be the goal this month. I hope to lower it to 73 kgs by March. The half marathon training is getting more demanding in the coming weeks and it will surely burn more fats.
