The most used cup!

We have been using the Philips Avent via cups for over a year now. We use these to store expressed milk, pureed baby foods and Gab’s finger foods.

Here’s what we love about the Avent Via Cups:

1. Sturdy, stackable, air tight containers.
The containers made of – are stable and can be stacked on top of the other inside a fridge or freezer. When the twist-on lids are sealed the cup correctly, the container is air tight and would not spill the contents. It is safe for storage & transport

2. Convertible to milk bottle.
The Philips Avent Breast Milk Storage set can be used from breast milk storage to a feeding bottle. An adapter is available to connect to a sealing disk with a nipple for feeding. When using a Philips Avent Breastpump, you can directly expess into the containers by attaching them to the pump. It fits all Philips Avent Breast Pump & Teats.

3. BPA free and easy to clean.
Both the cups and the lids are bfa free which is important for all infant feeding accessories. Avent via cups are reusable, easy to clean and also dishwasher safe.

4. Easy to label.
The cup can be labelled for easy tracking of dates and contents.

5. Available spare cups and lids.
These can be bought separately incase you need to replace either the cup or just the lid. There’s no need to buy the entire cup-lid set.

Somethings to improve on:

1. Bulky.
Occupies big fridge and freezer space. The cups are available in 6 & 8.5 oz containers only.

2. Pre-sterilized cups but not the lids.
The cups are ready to use and no need wash and sterilize but he lids that comes with it are not.

The Philips Avent Via Cups are one of the most useful baby items we have.  We have the 2 sets, 1 set with the adapter and the other set with just the cups and the lids. These cups are used to stock milk in the freezer, Gab’s solids – rice, vegetables, and fruits in the fridge and we bring these with us when we traveling.

  1. I also love using Avent VIA containers. It is multi purpose, as milk storage during milk pumping, feeding, and puree container once the baby starts solid. I also use it for my hubby’s lunch, say when I need to pack him some peanut sauce or similar things. Really a good investment.
