Biggest floating library

The floating bookstore is back in Philippine shores. Back in 2009, it’s MV Doulos, the world’s oldest, active sea-faring passenger ship. We were able to visit MV Doulos’ in 2009, in the last voyage in the country as it retired in 2010.

The floating fair is now housed in MV Logos Hope. It’s a bigger and a brighter ship. For those interested to buy quality books at affordable prices.

Gab’s First Finger Food

We started Gab on finger foods when he was around 8 months when he knew how to pick up objects with his hands. He has 2 lower teeth that time so we started on the finger foods that he can easily munch on. We saw this Happy Baby Organic Puffs. It looks like cheerios but it’s softer. It easily melts on the mouth so even Gab does not know how to chew yet.

Free Baby and Toddler Food Recipes

Since Gab was six months old, we started introducing him to solid foods.  Prior to that, Gab was exclusively breast fed.  Our pedia gave us tips on what food to give.  Which solid food to start first then gradually introduce more variety.  But after a few months, we would ran out of ideas.

Here are some useful baby food recipes which were helpful in adding new things on the menu.  Although we started using combinations at around 9 months.  Tips are also given and very useful.
