Gab has a Passport

Children below two years old are usually free in plane flights. That is why Quennie and I are really planning to bring Gab abroad before he reaches 2 years old. So we got him a passport. The processing at DFA to get passport for toddlers and minors was fast. In a weeks time, the passport was delivered at home.

This is Gab’s passport.  He is just 6 months old when this picture was taken.

We can’t wait to take him for a trip again.  Hong Kong maybe?  Malaysia?  Singapore?

  1. Hi! I would like to ask how long it took for gab’s passport to be released and delivered at your home. My 1-mo old and I went to dfa this morning for her passport, and release date is dec 6. Is there any chance it will be delivered earlier than what is written on the receipt? Thanks..

  2. Hi Kloklo. We received Gab’s passport at the indicated date in the receipt. Thanks for visiting and safe travels! 🙂

  3. Thanks for the reply MommyQ! I was kinda hoping it will be delivered earlier than what was written on the receipt bcos i need to be back to work abroad on dec5, and i can’t afford to leave my baby. I don’t think boss will allow me to extend for several more days. Haay. What to do?..

  4. Hi! Finally saw a post regarding infants who applied for passport at DFA. So is it confirmed that on your experience, you didn’t need to set appointment for your 6 months old baby? my baby is 3 months old and i need to apply passport for her. I’ve read that it is waived for infants less than 1 year old but i havent heard anyone yet who has tried this. KIndly confirm. thanks a lot!

  5. Hi,
I’d just like to ask kung talagang walang signature yung signature field sa data page kapag infant ang may ari ng passport.
