Endless Alphabet – FREE iPad App Review

I just installed the Endless Alphabet iPad App last week and it has been Gab’s favorite.  Endless Alphabet has set of words for your kids to learn.  They add new words regularly for a truly endless fun.

Some words are difficult and too long for Gab who is just 2 years old.  But Gab is having a great time with the interaction, the wacky animations and the fun videos.  He gets to learn new words like belch, demolish, and hilarious which he can use.

Endless Alphabet is FREE to download but has an InApp purchase option to remove the ads.

PROs

  • All around app.  The apps teaches new words, phonics, spelling, and letter recognition.
  • Cute animations and characters. Each word comes with a wacky animation to define the word being introduced.
  • Fun and entertaining.  The colors, the sounds and the animation are all fun and addicting.  Gab loves watching them.
  • Good choices of words.  The selection of words are well selected for toddlers. It’s something they can use regularly and not just for memorization.
  • Clear narration. The voice over was clear as it describes the words.

CONs

  • Some phonic sounds are different from what we are teaching Gab.  The letter A is sounded as “aye” and not “ah”. But it’s a concept Gab would learn eventually.
