Lost and Found

An article in The Atlantic calls 2020 as The Lost Year. It is rightly so. It is not just due to the aspect of time that was lost.

Lost plans.
Lost projects.
Lost oppurtunities.
Lost connections.
Lost lives.

I lost a gem a few years ago. But before the year 2020 ended, I found it again.

It was a long search but it has been found.
I still fear it will be lost again. This is the trouble of such gem.
But I will take care of it much better that it may not need to be lost again.

2020 is the year of many losses.
It is also the year that the lost have been found.
