We saw this poster at SM Mall of Asia last night. This is another attraction aside from the morning bay workout on Saturdays-Sundays and the Pyromusical display on Fridays-Sundays.

I asked one of the guards on when this ferris wheel will open in SM MOA.  He said that contruction is in full swing and at 24/7.  The management wants it to be completed before Christmas.

Opens on December 16, 4pm! The SM MOA’s Ferris Wheel called the SM Moa Eye  wheel is the tallest ferris wheel in the country – 160 feet overlooking the famous Manila Bay. The ferris wheel carriages and coaches are air-conditioned!  Fee to ride the Philippines’ tallest ferris wheel is at Php100 / person. The SM Moa Eye is located inside the SM theme park complex, and entrance to the theme park is free. You only have to pay for the rides you want to try.
